BACKGROUND: 

On December 21, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with Diversified Consulting Services, Inc. to provide construction management services for the Las Vegas Boulevard Improvements - Phases E & F project (Bid No. 605978-21).

Supplemental No. 3 to the contract will extend the contract termination date to December 31, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.

Diversified Consulting Services, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
