Services to be requested by work order, with funding from any of the above mentioned sources. Initial contract amount was $1,000,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $500,000 revised the contract value to $1,500,000. Supplemental No. 2 increase of $500,000 revises the contract value to $2,000,000. |
BACKGROUND:
On April 19, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. to provide professional engineering services for the Clark County Public Works Project Management project.
The Board previously approved one supplemental contract with GCW, Inc. to increase funds for administration and oversight for additional projects.
Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract increases total funds for administration and oversight for additional projects, and construction support for the ongoing construction projects in the Resort Corridor. The term of the contract remains effective until December 31, 2026, unless time extensions are granted.
GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this second supplemental contract as to form.
