BACKGROUND: 

Rebel One Wine & Spirits, LLC dba Rebel One was initially licensed as an Importer/Wholesaler on February 22, 2005. The Department of Business License processed an application for a change of location for Rebel One on February 4, 2021.   Rebel One will now located at 33625 West Teco Avenue, Suite 6, Las Vegas, Nevada 89118. 

Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the application for approval of change of location for Rebel One Wine and Spirits, Inc. dba Rebel One.
