BACKGROUND: 

On May 21, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional services contract with Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants (Ninyo & Moore) to provide independent assurance observation, quality assurance testing, and inspection on various Clark County Department of Public Works projects.

Supplemental No. 5 to the professional services contract with Ninyo & Moore extends the time of performance to June 30, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.

Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fifth supplemental contract as to form.
