BACKGROUND:

On August 9, 2018, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved the Cactus Avenue between Fort Apache Road and Buffalo Drive project on its annual Capital Improvement Program initially from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on September 4, 2018.

Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contact No. 1025 decreases design funds, as the project is nearing completion. The term of the contract remains effective until June 30, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 1025 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on February 12, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
