BACKGROUND:

On December 14, 2023, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 3128 for the Warm Springs Road between Decatur Boulevard and Dean Martin Drive project on its annual Capital Improvement Plan from Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund - Fuel Revenue Indexing for Fiscal Year 2024 funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on January 16, 2024.

Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 3128 will revise the scope and provide additional construction funds to cover the consultant contract amount for construction management services. The time of performance remains effective until December 31, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared the first supplemental contract for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on January 8, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
