BACKGROUND: 

On April 1, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the Master Services Agreement for SOQ 607190-24 for Professional Services for Real Property Management. Knit (NBE) was approved for Category 2: New Construction/Renovation Projects.

This Task Order is for the design of the Mountain's Edge Recreation Center.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Task Order:
•                     The term of the Task Order is from date of award through December 31, 2029.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

Knit currently holds a Clark County Business License.
