BACKGROUND:
On March 21, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners directed staff to draft an ordinance to clarify that taverns within a certain commercial development cannot share a kitchen or common wall with another tavern and to require such taverns to comply with Redevelopment Agency requirements.
Staff recommends that the ordinance to amend Title 8, Chapter 8.20; Section 8.20.295 be introduced and a public hearing be set for June 20, 2023, at 10 a.m.
