BACKGROUND:
Mandalay Propco, LLC (Grantor) desires to grant to Clark County a permanent easement (Assessor’s Parcel Number 162-29-710-002), generally located on Las Vegas Boulevard between Mandalay Bay Road and Russell Road to construct, install, add to, modify, reconstruct, operate, maintain and repair bollard improvements and related appurtenances.
The attached permanent easement for bollard improvements will grant a permanent maintenance easement to the County from the Grantor. The additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantor are described in the grant of easement.
The District Attorney's Office has approved the grant of easement as to form.
