BACKGROUND: 

This Communications Duct Bank Agreement (Agreement) is to grant LASFuel Corporation (Company), the airline fuel consortium at McCarran International Airport (McCarran), authorization to install and maintain an underground communications duct bank (Duct Bank) to provide fiber optic connectivity for fueling operations at McCarran. A portion of the Duct Bank will be dedicated for use by the Clark County Department of Aviation (County) to provide fiber optic connectivity for security and aviation-related uses at McCarran (County Fiber Optic Line). Company will submit a copy of the expenses related to the construction of the County Fiber Optic Line and a copy of their payment to request a reimbursement from County. The reimbursement will be processed based on actual costs incurred, not to exceed $40,000.00.

The Agreement has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
