The initial Contract amount was $485,875, Amendment No. 1 will increase the Contract amount by $172,224, for a new total Contract amount of $685,099.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On May 7, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 605285-19 for Clark County Website Redesign to Revize LLC (LBE) in the amount of $485,875 for an updated County, ClarkCountyNV.gov website.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:

•                     The term of the Contract was from date of award through May 31, 2024.
•                     Included the option to increase the award amount up to 15% based on possible increased user                      requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
•                     Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract                      with advanced written notice.

Approval of Amendment No.1 will add three (3) additional years to the Contract term through May 31, 2027 for maintenance.  The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.

Revize LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
