Las Vegas Blvd Improvements - Phases E & F (Tropicana to Flamingo; Tropicana from Las Vegas Blvd to Koval; and Cosmopolitan Hotel parking entrance/City Center driveway to Las Vegas Blvd)

Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $4,240,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $238,000 revises the total contract value to $4,478,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On May 3, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with Diversified Consulting Services, Inc., to provide construction management services for the Las Vegas Boulevard Improvements - Phases E and F project (Bid No. 605978-21).

Supplemental No. 1 to the contract will provide additional funds for professional project administration and construction management services. The contract termination date remains December 31, 2025, unless time extensions are granted.

Diversified Consulting Services, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
