BACKGROUND:
On June 21, 2022, the Board of Clark County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with AtkinsRealis USA, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Flamingo Wash, Cimarron Branch between Russell Road and Patrick Lane project.
Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with AtkinsRealis USA, Inc. will provide additional funds for construction support services and record drawings for the project, and extend the contract's time of performance until December 31, 2027.
AtkinsRealis USA, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
