BACKGROUND: 

On April 15, 2025, a Fiscal Year 2026 Clark County Redevelopment Agency Tentative Budget was filed with the State of Nevada Department of Taxation. 

NRS 354.596 requires that a public hearing on the Tentative Budget be held no sooner than the third Monday in May, and no later than the last day in May.  The Board, therefore, is being asked at this time to conduct a public hearing on the consolidated Fiscal Year 2026 Clark County Redevelopment Agency Tentative Budget.  The Department of Finance will be present to highlight the Tentative Budget.

A copy of the Tentative Budget has been physically available for review by the public at the Clark County Clerk’s Office, the Clark County Manager’s Office and posted on the County’s website since April 15, 2025.
