BACKGROUND:
On June 20, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering services for various Clark County Department of Public Works storm drainage improvements and repairs, as needed on a work order request format.
The Board approved Supplemental Contract Nos. 1, 2, and 3 for additional engineering services with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. on June 5, 2018, February 19, 2019, and December 15, 2020, respectively.
The attached Supplemental No. 4 to the professional services contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. will increase total funds for additional design and construction support services to existing work order projects, and extend the time of performance to December 31, 2023, with option to extend one additional year. CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
