BACKGROUND:
On December 7, 2021, Clark County (County) entered into a Sublease with Changing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry (CSPD) for ±3,971 square feet of space at 1750 Wheeler Peak Drive for the purposes of constructing dental related tenant improvements and operating a non-profit dental clinic to service underserved children in the community with an opening date of December 7, 2022.
On December 6, 2022, the County entered into Amendment I with CSPD to extend the opening date to March 31, 2023 with one (1) ninety (90) day extension that has been exercised.
Due to delayed construction, CSPD has requested to have the clinic open by August 31, 2023.
This Amendment II will extend the opening date to August 31, 2023.
