Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $19,000,000. Supplemental No. 1 decrease in the amount of $5,000,000 revised the total contract value to $14,000,000. Supplemental No. 2 decrease in the amount $3,000,000 revises the total contract value to $11,000,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On September 10, 2020, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1221 for the Arterial Reconstruction: Russell Road and Hacienda Avenue project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on October 6, 2020.

On August 15, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract 1221 to decrease total funds for construction of the project.

Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract 1221 reduces construction funds.

RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on December 14, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
