BACKGROUND:
On September 3, 2025, Clark County and the Juvenile Justice Probation Officers Association (JJPOA) reached a tentative agreement for the fiscal reopener for the collective bargaining agreement. The JJPOA membership voted and ratified the agreement on September 15, 2025.
Of the entire agreement, two (2) articles and one (1) appendix were amended.
Attachment I contains the summary of changes.
Attachment II contains the proposed agreement including changed and new language in its entirety, with new language bolded/capitalized and deleted language stricken.
Attachment III is the JJPOA Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines, by article, which elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in fiscal impact.
Attachment IV is the JJPOA Fiscal Impact Summary which outlines the total and annual cost and/or savings of the contract language changes for two hundred forty (240) impacted JJPOA positions. The summary is costed effective July 1, 2025.
