BACKGROUND: 

Pursuant to Clark County Code Chapter 2.44.010, on October 18, 2022, Kevin Schiller was appointed to the position of County Manager.  The attached agreement shall be effective from November 11, 2022, through November 11, 2025.  The agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of employment and compensation for the County Manager.
