BACKGROUND:

This agreement allows for a reimbursement to CCWRD for 50% project cost of K-rail barriers and gates placed by CCWRD on their land along S Hollywood Blvd at the request of Wetlands Park. Barrier and gate connect to and extends existing Wetlands Park fencing along Hollywood that will help reduce illegal access to Wetlands Park and reduce illegal activities in northern portion of the Park.

Agreement provides for County ownership of 50% of k-rails and references revocable license authorizing County access route on CCWRD land.
