BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved and budgeted funding for the Harmon Avenue between Maryland Parkway and Pecos Road project in the Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund - Fuel Revenue Indexing for Fiscal Year 2023. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on May 16, 2023.

Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 3095 decreases construction funds, as the project is nearing completion. The time of performance remains effective until June 30, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 3095 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on February 12, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
