BACKGROUND: 

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Economic Development Initiative (EDI) grant will fund improvements for the commercial portions of the Micro-Businesses Park which will include retail, tech, and office spaces.

The grant performance period ends August 31, 2030.
