BACKGROUND:
On May 27, 2026, Clark County and the Clark County Prosecutors Association (CCPA) reached a tentative agreement for the collective bargaining agreement. The CCPA membership voted and ratified the agreement on June 3, 2026.
Of the entire agreement, five (5) articles and one (1) LOA were amended, one (1) new article was added, and one (1) MOU was deleted.
Attachment I contains the summary of changes.
Attachment II contains the proposed agreement including changed and new language in its entirety, with new language underline/bolded and deleted language stricken.
Attachment III is the CCPA Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines, by article, which elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in fiscal impact.
Attachment IV is the CCPA Fiscal Impact Summary which outlines the total and annual cost and/or savings of the contract language changes for one hundred and seventy-one (171) impacted CCPA positions.
