BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606943-23, for Traffic Modifications for Cambridge Street, Twain Avenue, and Flamingo Road was advertised on February 29, 2024 and opened on March 21, 2024. The Bid amount is as follows:

L.L.O. Inc. DBA Acme Electric (NBE) $2,971,549
This Contract is for signal modifications, installation of traffic signal facilities and appurtenances, paving sections of roadway, UTACS, striping, installing fiber optics, utility adjustment, installing advance traffic detection, removal and salvage of existing traffic signal facilities, removal and salvage of traffic signal signs, removal and disposal of existing roadway sections, and removal and disposal of existing striping and pavement marking as shown on the drawings within the unincorporated area of Clark County.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 120 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
L.L.O. Inc. DBA Acme Electric currently holds a Clark County Business License.
