BACKGROUND:
On June 3, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners approved the award of RFQ No. 607056-24 to Taborda Solutions, Inc.(LBE) and seven (7) other firms, in the amount based on department's approved budget appropriations, as funds are allocated, not to exceed $100,000,000 for hardware and software services.
On February 19, 2026, the Department of Finance was advised that Taborda Solutions, Inc. was selling their assets to OutRider Tech LLC.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through March 31, 2030 and included the option to renew for 5, one-year periods. There are 5 renewal options remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
This approval will allow staff to continue under the terms of the Contract with OutRider Tech LLC.
OutRider Tech LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
