BACKGROUND: 

On July 21, 2020, Clark County (County) and Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) entered into an Interlocal Agreement to implement improvements to provide rapid transit vehicle roadway improvements within the County referred to as Maryland Parkway Bus Rapid Transit (Project).  RTC requires the following from the County to complete the Project:

5525 S. Maryland Pkwy (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-27-802-004)
- A ±4,231 sf temporary construction easement

706 S Tonopah Dr (Assessor's Parcel Number 139-32-803-010)
- A ±2,527 sf temporary construction easement

3885 Maryland Pkwy (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-15-702-010)
-  A ±710 sf temporary construction easement
-  A ±96 sf utility easement to Las Vegas Valley Water District.

500 S Grand Central Pkwy (Assessor's Parcel Number 139-33-710-002)
-  A ±770 sf temporary construction easement
-  A ±792 sf bus pad shelter easement

2040 W Charleston Blvd (Assessor's Parcel Number 139-33-405-008)
-  A ±4,400 sf temporary construction easement
-  A ±223 sf bus pad shelter easement
-  A ±48 sf utility easement to Las Vegas Valley Water District.

1625 Alta Dr (Assessor's Parcel Number 139-33-304-017)
-  A ±1,218  sf temporary construction easement
