BACKGROUND:

Signature Land Holdings, LLC desires to construct a vehicular bridge over the Flamingo Wash Flood Channel right-of-way owned by Clark County on Twain Avenue east of Eastern Avenue, Assessor's Parcel Numbers 162-13-296-002 and 162-13-296-007.  The vehicular bridge is to provide access to a residential subdivision approved by land use application NZC-04-1101 on January 5, 2005.

The attached Revocable License and Maintenance Agreement grants Signature Land Holdings, LLC the use of flood channel right-of-way to construct, install, maintain, and repair said vehicular bridge within the Flamingo Wash Flood Channel right-of-way.  The revocable license and maintenance agreement provides the Licensee the responsibility of maintaining the non-standard improvements within said flood channel right-of-way.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the agreement as to form.
