BACKGROUND: 

On September 12, 2019, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1123 for the Tropical Parkway between Durango Drive and Clark County 215 project (Public Works No. PW.R188CFT) on its annual Capital Improvement Plan from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on October 2, 2019.

Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 1123 extends the contract term until June 30, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $1,700,000.

RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on May 23, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
