BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for bus transportation to and from the school of origin for children placed in the custody of the Department of Family Services.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2027.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
