Description:

UKG Kronos Master Services Agreement

Additional Comments:

The total Contract award is estimated in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000 should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Contract is for subscriptions, professional services, hardware and support and maintenance with UKG Kronos Systems LLC (LBE).

A Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved because UKG Kronos has been implemented across County departments and remains integral to the payroll accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency of the system. It also supports timekeeping, scheduling, leave management and labor analytics.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The term of the Contract is from the effective date through December 16, 2026 and includes the option to                      renew for 4, one-year periods.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.


The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(g) and (h), the competitive bidding process is not required as the item to be purchased pertains to software, hardware and associated peripheral equipment and devices for computers.

The Business License Department has determined that a Clark County Business License is not required for this effort.
