BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved the Ann Road between the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway and Durango Drive project (Public Works Project No. PW.R107D15) on its annual Capital Improvement Program.

Interlocal Contract No. 827 was approved by RTC on August 13, 2015 and by the Board of County Commissioners on September 1, 2015, for the project.  RTC and the Board subsequently approved one supplemental to Interlocal Contract No. 827.  The initial contract amount was $1,000,000 and Supplemental No. 1 amount increased the contract by $150,000 for a revised total contract value of $1,150,000.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 827 extends the time of performance to June 30, 2027, unless further time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on June 9, 2022.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
