BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607694-25, for Concrete Repair Services Countywide was advertised on October 16, 2025 and opened on November 12, 2025. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for Concrete Repair Services Countywide.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from award through September 30, 2030, or until allocated budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Maile, Inc. dba Maile Concrete currently holds a Clark County Business License.
