OJJDP - Elevate Girls Program

BACKGROUND: 

Clark County Department of Juvenile Justice Services (DJJS) will partner with a locally vetted vendor to implement the Elevate Girls Program (EGP) to serve approximately 288 girls each year. Girls involved with EGP with low level offenses, will have the opportunity to participate in the Girls Moving On Program, an intervention program designed specifically for girls and young women ages 12-21 who are involved with DJJS. Referrals to EGP will come from the DJJS Intake Unit, The Harbor, and Juvenile Probation. EGP will develop case plans consisting of criminogenic target needs areas identified by individual risk levels.  The service areas include the City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, City of Henderson, and Boulder City.
