COVID-19 Non-Congregate Shelter Services

The total Contract is estimated in the amount not to exceed $4,471,200.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Contract is for COVID-19 Non-Congregate Shelter Services with New Hope Placement LLC dba Well Care Living (MBE).

A Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved to assist with cost in operating a non-congregate shelter project for Covid-19 households that are defined as high-risk experiencing homelessness.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The term of the Contract is from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature.

New Hope Placement LLC dba Well Care Living currently holds a Clark County Business License.
