BACKGROUND:
On March 3, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 605583-20 for Mobility Software Modules to Diona (US) Inc. (LBE) in the amount of $4,843,693 for client visits through interactive application using laptops, tablets or smart phones.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through March 31, 2021, and included the option to renew for five (5), one-year periods. There are 2 options remaining. • Included the option to increase the award amount up to 25% based on possible increased user requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations. • Included the option to increase the award amount up to 3% for possible price increases for renewal terms. • This Contract includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Amendment No. 1 implemented the Partial MICA Data to Unity and support services, per Work Order Form No. 2, and was executed by the I.T. Department under the 25% increased user requirement above, approved by the Board at award.
Approval of Amendment No. 2 will add the scope of work in Work Order Form No. 3 and 4. The attached Amendment No. 2 document details the modifications and costs involved.
Diona (US) Inc. currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
