The initial Contract amount was $1,598,734.83, Amendment No. 1 will increase the Contract amount by $1,482,104.84, for a new total Contract amount of $3,080,839.67.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 9, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 606149-22 for Extrahop Network Traffic to ConvergeOne, Inc (LBE) in the amount of $1,598,734.83 for annual maintenance for equipment and software for the ExtraHop network equipment.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:

                     The term of the Contract was from date of award through May 30, 2023, and included the option to renew                      for 4, one-year periods. There are 2 renewal options remaining.
                     Included the option to increase the award amount up to 25% based on possible increased user                      requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
                     Included the option to increase the award amount up to 3% for possible price increases for renewal terms.
                     Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract                      with advanced written notice.

Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for an upgrade and replacement of hardware and software. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.

ConvergeOne, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
