BACKGROUND:
As part of the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget the County Transferred $104,000,000 from the County's General Fund (1010) to the Parks and Recreation Improvements Fund (4140) to be used for pay-go park capital projects. This allocation aims to enhance the County's Parks and Recreation facilities.
