BACKGROUND:
On February 18, 2025, City of Las Vegas awarded Contract Number 240256-JR to Brian D. Kruegar LLC (NBE), Escobedo Group LLC dba First Mutual Realty Group (NBE), and Tailored Marketing Inc. dba TMI Realty (WBE) in addition to four other firms. This approval provides for the professional services for real estate agent services. They will assist with property transactions, property searches, market research, property valuations and general consultation for real estate related projects.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from date of award through December 31, 2026, and includes the option to renew for 2, one-year periods.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with the qualified firms and therefore, can cease purchasing services at any time.
At this time, Clark County has only been able to exercise Joinder Use Contracts with 3 of the 7 firms awarded by the City of Las Vegas. The additional Joinder Use Contracts will be executed with the remaining firms by Purchasing and Contracts as the requirements are met.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (a) a governmental entity located within or outside this State with the authorization of the contracting vendor.
Tailored Marketing Inc. dba TMI Realty currently hold a Clark County Business License. For qualified firms, Brian D. Krueger, and Escobedo Group LLC, the Business License Department has determined that a Clark County Business License is not required for this effort.
