Multi Agency Mass Casualty Incident and Regional Recovery Organization Case Management Blueprint Strategy Services

Additional Comments:

The initial Contract amount was $961,994.66, Amendment No. 1 will increase the Contract amount by $758,444.80, for a new total Contract amount of $1,720,439.46.

 

BACKGROUND: 


On November 13, 2023, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board), the Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of CBE No. 606874-23 to Carahsoft Technology Corporation (LBE) in the amount not to exceed $961,994.66 for services that will provide a multi-agency mass casualty incident data sharing solution.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:

                     The term of the Contract was from September 29, 2023, through June 30, 2024, and included the option                      to renew for 2, one-year periods. There are 2 renewal options remaining.
                     Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract                      with advanced written notice.

Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for additional enhancements to the case management system and a change to the title of the project. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.

Carahsoft Technology Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
