BACKGROUND: 

This is for the purchase of CCTV equipment, installation, software, and maintenance support services, through BearCom Acquisition Corp. dba Stone Security LLC (Company).

The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) seeks to continue its partnership with Company for the licensing, installation, maintenance, and support of its CCTV infrastructure and Milestone XProtect video management system across all CCDOA facilities. Continuing with the current Company ensures system compatibility, operational continuity, and uninterrupted support for critical security operations. The purchases include additional software licensing and support, replacement of obsolete and failing cameras, installation services, and ongoing hardware and software maintenance to improve system reliability, situational awareness, and future scalability.

The approval will allow for purchase orders to be issued from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031, which shall not exceed $5,600,000 over the five-year term.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115(1)(c) additions to and repairs and maintenance of equipment which may be more efficiently added to, repaired or maintained by a certain person; (d) equipment which, by reason of the training of the personnel or of an inventory of replacement parts maintained by the local government is compatible with existing equipment; (h) software for computers; (i) the maintenance and support for: (1) hardware and associated peripheral equipment and devices for computers; (2) software for computers; and NRS 332.115(2)(a) the equipment is an electronic or mechanical device which by design is intended to monitor and document in a clandestine manner suspected criminal activity.

Company currently holds a Clark County business license.
