BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606657-23, for Annual Requirements Contract for Pool Deck, Plaster and Tile Services Countywide was advertised on June 7, 2023, and opened on July 12, 2023. The Bid amount is as follows:

Bid Amount above is for evaluation purposes and determination of low bid. Actual usage is listed in the Fiscal Impact.
This Contract is for Pool Deck, Plaster and Tile Services Countywide.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from date of award through August 31, 2024, and includes the option to renew for 4, one-year periods and includes a 3-month extension.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Poolscapes, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
