BACKGROUND: 

Per the formal policies adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on December 18, 2012, the Department of Comprehensive Planning is responsible for processing Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land nomination requests for disposal action.

The attached list entitled “CLARK COUNTY LAND SALE NOMINATIONS TO THE BLM - 2026 Land Sale BCC Review Date: December 2, 2025” includes 8 requests, totaling approximately 82.50 acres of land, to be nominated to the BLM for disposal through their land sale process.

If approved, the Director of the Department of Comprehensive Planning will submit the land sale nominations list to the BLM Southern Nevada District Office.
