BACKGROUND: 

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved the Jones Boulevard between Clark County 215 Beltway and Tropicana Avenue (originally Jones Boulevard between Russell Road and Tropicana Avenue) project (Public Works No. PW.R033TFT) on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Fuel Revenue Indexing Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on March 2, 2021.

Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 1254 extends the term of the contract to December 31, 2031, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $28,500,000.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 4 to  Interlocal Contract No. 1254 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on July 9, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
