BACKGROUND: 

The dedication of portions of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 162-28-401-002 and 162-28-401-019 as rights-of-way within Clark County-owned (Aviation) property is required for the construction, operation and maintenance of roadway improvements and drainage facilities located near Las Vegas Boulevard and Four Seasons Drive.
