Description:

Utilization of State of Nevada Contract No. 99SWC-S1406 for Temporary Employment Services

Additional Comments:

The total Contract award is estimated in the amount not to exceed  $3,500,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On April 1, 2021, State of Nevada awarded Contract No. 99SWC-S1406 Temporary Employment Services to Acro Service Corporation (LBE), Marathon Staffing Group, Inc. (NBE), and Hat Limited Partnership dba Manpower Temporary Services (NBE). Hat Limited Partnership dba Manpower Temporary Services opted out in participating in the Joinder Use Contract with Clark County. This approval provides for temporary employment services countywide.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
•                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from April 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025.
•                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Acro Service Corporation and Marathon Staffing                      Group, Inc., and therefore, can cease purchasing services at any time.

This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (b) the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.

Acro Service Corporation and Marathon Staffing Group, Inc. hold a Clark County Business License.
