BACKGROUND: 

The property owner, City of Las Vegas, has voluntarily conveyed a permanent easement to Clark County for the traffic signal system located upon Assessor's Parcel Number 161-15-501-002 at the southeast corner of Desert Inn Road and Theme Road (Project No. PW.R054G16). The permanent easement encompasses an area of 287 square feet, more or less, upon the subject parcel.
