BACKGROUND:
This is a contract to furnish supplemental traffic control services at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Henderson Executive Airport (HND), and North Las Vegas Airport (VGT). Services at LAS will be performed daily, and staffing support for periods of higher business volume, such as days projected to have heavier passenger traffic, holidays, special events, etc.
Bids were received and publicly opened on July 18, 2023.

Staff recommends award to Watch Security Services, LLC (Company). The initial term of the contract will be from the date of award through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for four (4) one-year terms.
All bid processes and procedures were completed in accordance with NRS 332.065.
Company will obtain a Clark County Business License prior to commencing services.
