The County’s portion of the tax is transferred to the Special Ad Valorem Capital Projects Fund (4160) for the funding of major capital projects. Based on a revised estimate from Real Property Management an additional $6,703,575 is needed to complete the CCDC South Tower Renovation project.

The recommended allocation for the Special Ad Valorem Capital Projects Fund (4160) is $6,703,575.
