BACKGROUND: 

On August 17, 2021, the Clark County Board of County Commissioners approved the Licensure Agreement between Clark County and MGM Properties for advertising on Touchdown Structures located generally on Tropicana Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard. This Agreement includes an option to extend the initial five-year term for up to two more years under the same terms and conditions. The County wishes to exercise that option.
