BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved the Russell Road between the Clark County 215 Beltway and Rainbow Boulevard project (Public Works Project No. PW.R02008S) on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Funds.

Interlocal Contract No. 414 was approved by RTC on July 11, 2002 and by the Board of County Commissioners on August 6, 2002.  RTC and the Board subsequently approved six supplementals to Interlocal Contract No. 414 for the project.  The original and Supplemental Nos. 1 through 6 contracts combine for a total contract value of $21,500,000.

The attached Supplemental No. 7 to Interlocal Contract No. 414 extends the time of performance to June 30, 2027, unless further time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the seventh supplemental contract at its meeting on June 9, 2022.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the seventh supplemental contract as to form.
